ASUS Grants

If you are looking to improve your academic experience in or beyond the classroom or have a great idea, we can help you out!

Below are ASUS’ group grants, primarily intended for organisations.


Committee Grant

The ASUS Committee grant shall be open to groups or committees within ASUS that intend to benefit the Society and/ or its membership. There is $1,000 available per term for funding.

 

Department Student Council Grant

The Department Student Council grant shall be open to all DSCs within ASUS looking to fund a new project or initiative intended to benefit ASUS and/ or its respective DSC membership. There is $1,500 available per term for funding.

 

Sibling Society Grant

The Sibling Society Grant shall be open to undergraduate groups or clubs within CESA, COMPSA, or PHEKSA that intend to benefit the membership of their respective societies. There is $1,500 available per term for funding.

Below are ASUS’ student grants, primarily intended for individuals.


Professional Development Grant

The ASUS Professional Development Grant shall be open to undergraduate students within ASUS seeking to pursue opportunities that pertain to professional development. There is $1,000 available per term for funding.

 

Student Initiative Grant

The Student Initiative Grant shall be open to undergraduate students of ASUS seeking to positively affect their university experience or education. There is $1,000 available per term for funding.

Equity Grant and Accessibility Grant which are NOW OPEN!

 ASURF

The ASURF was designed to make undergraduate research more accessible to arts & science students at Queen's. Any student conducting undergraduate research at Queen's can apply for funding to enhance their experience.

Inclusivity Training Bursary

This bursary aims to continue properly supporting those who create these trainings intended to foster inclusive and safe environments here at Queens while enabling clubs to access them more easily in the name of helping build a more inclusive extracurricular environment within the University
