These requests require one weeks’ (seven days’) notice in order to be appropriately handled. If your request does not allow for one weeks’ notice, please contact the individual above to make alternate arrangements.

The ASUS Store is a central location where Queen’s students can access and purchase all products and services offered by the Arts and Science Undergraduate Society. In order to include as many products as possible, we are giving you the opportunity to submit and request something you would like to sell! The following request form is an easy way to provide us with all the information we need. Please make sure to submit the request at least five (5) business days before you would like your product to become available on the store. Please email store@asus.queensu.ca if you have any further questions about the request form.

Financial Request Forms

  • DSC Reimbursement Form 2023/24

    This form is for DSC related reimbursement requests only

  • General Reimbursement Requests 2023/24

    This form can be filled out online and will be automatically submitted to the appropriate Officer/Commissioner/Executive for approval. This form is to be used exclusively by members of the Arts and Science Undergraduate Society at Queen's University. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this process, please email the ASUS Vice President (Operations) at vpops@asus.queensu.ca.

    If you are receiving a reimbursement, you will receive it via the method you select upon completion of the form once it has been processed.

  • Debit/Credit Card Purchase Form 2023/24

    This form is used to track expenses purchased on an ASUS Credit or Debit Card. This form can be filled out online and will be automatically submitted to the appropriate Officer or Commissioner for approval. This form is to be used exclusively by members of the Arts and Science Undergraduate Society at Queen's University. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this process, please email ASUS Vice President (Operations) at vpops@asus.queensu.ca.

iPad/POS Requests

ASUS has many iPads and Shopify Card Readers for our organizations and committees to use. In order to book an iPad, please ensure:

  1. You have submitted a product request (above)

  2. You have reviewed the Shopify Training Video

You should then send an email to frontdesk@asus.queensu.ca with:

  • Date and time needed

  • Your organization and contact information

  • Details on your sale

You will either hear back from the Front Desk Team or your booking will be confirmed! Questions can be directed to vpops@asus.queensu.ca

Cash Box Requests

To have a cash box set up for your event, please send an email to vpops@asus.queensu.ca with:

  • Date and time needed

  • Your organization and contact information

  • Details on your sale

  • Requested float amount (if desired)

The Vice President (Operations) will confirm your booking with you!
