Thank you for your interest in becoming a Gael for ASUS Orientation Week 2018. In order to qualify for this position, you must be a student in Arts & Science, Computing, Concurrent Education, Physical Education, or Kinesiology, and you must be in good academic standing.

Applications open Friday, January 19th at 4pm and close Friday, February 2nd at 4pm. A list of successful applicants will be posted online and in residences on March 2nd.

All applicants will receive an interview. Interviews for New Gaels will be conducted in groups of two, three, or four. Interview times, location, and group contact information will be posted at Victoria Hall, Jean Royce Hall, the ASUS Office (183 University Avenue), and online by Monday, February 5th. Interviews will be scheduled on Saturday, February 10th and Sunday, February 11th. Please have a short skit prepared for the beginning of the interview.

Please find below the New Gael interview groups for February 10th & 11th. For those of you that have conflicts on these dates, please check your email for a makeup interview time.

Make sure to check your group members and interview time and location. We recommend meeting with your group members in advance of your interview so you can prepare your 1-2 minute skit about Orientation Week. Have fun with these skits, and please ensure that they are appropriate!

We will be running a bottle drive for the Canadian Cancer Society at Gael Interviews, so please bring as many glass bottles as you can!
